What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
For facial and lash services, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. For all other services, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ advance notice.
How long do services usually take?
Service times vary by treatment and level of customization:

- Pedicures: 30–90 minutes
